A detailed plan
The plan comes before the work, so you know what is being built, which trades are involved and what the finished room includes. Pricing follows the consultation and the plan.
Then
The work, with the owner on site
Framing, drywall, cabinets, counters, tile, flooring and electrical updates are done by the team. The plumbing is sub-contracted through Recommended Remodeling, and Chad is there for every project.
