Remodeling services in Spokane Valley, WA

Recommended Remodeling does eight trades, and owner Chad Peetz is on site for every one of them. Start with the room you want changed, the structure behind it, or the finish that ties it together. Every job begins with a thorough consultation and a detailed plan, and the scope can be customized to fit any budget.

Plumbing

We can sub-contract all plumbing jobs.

Bathrooms and kitchens usually need a plumber somewhere. Rather than send you looking for one, we arrange the plumbing through Recommended Remodeling, so it stays part of the same remodel.

Rooms

Start with the room.

Bathrooms, kitchens and whole-home renovations are where most conversations begin. Each one is planned around how you use the space, not around a catalogue.

Bathroom Remodeling

Glass showers, tubs and toilets, cabinets and countertops, tile or vinyl plank floors, electrical updates and layout changes. Plumbing is sub-contracted through us.

Home Remodeling

Design to execution for full-scale renovations: custom kitchens, bathroom upgrades, basement finishing and flooring, planned to your budget after a thorough consultation.

Structure

Then the structure behind it.

Framing, additions and basement finishing change the footprint of a house or the number of rooms in it. They need the most planning up front, which is why the consultation and the detailed plan come first.

Basement Finishing

Finishes

And the finishes you touch every day.

Cabinets and floors are what a household handles all day, so the choices matter: door style, drawer layout, floor material, how it wears. Both can be done on their own or as part of a larger remodel.

Call Chad on 509-464-9873, Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, and describe the room. A project often touches more than one trade, and the consultation sorts out which ones.
